6.4 hectares located above the town of Santa Fe in the Central Cordillera at 760 metres above sea level. This land was once used for oranges, mandarins and cattle pasture but has been left to grow back to a natural state.
The top of the property is on the main road to the Caribbean Coast and at the bottom runs an all year round stream. The stream forms the bottom boundary and borders the property for 280 metres. There is access to electricity and community water.
